Details about the policy are below:
Immediately being rewarded
- Receive 500.000 VND (with executive level) and 1.000.000 VND (with manager position) on the day candidate join the interview round after passing the CV round.
- After the candidate finishes two months of probation and signs the official contract with the company, you will receive the rest of the reward.
Simply introducing process
- Send the candidate’s CV to VNEXT GLOBAL HR Team’s email address: email@example.com
- Introducing email heading: Referral – Job title – Name of candidate – Name of the introducer
- Email’s content includes:
+ Basic information of candidate (full name, experience summary, English ability, salary expectation, start date after receiving offer)
+ Information of introducer
Receiving reward in an explicit way
- Money will be sent through bank account
- Rewarding time: Within seven days working from the day candidate participate in the interview or sign an official contract.
